If your child is a
burgeoning musician or enjoys singing, he or she will love Jubilate Music Camp.
Open to kids going into 3rd - 5th grades, Jubilate Music Camp
at First Austin offers children the opportunity to learn new songs and develop
vocal tone, harmonic skills, and rhythm.
August 4-8th, from
9 am to 4 pm, the week will consist of choir rehearsals, Orff and
Kodaly instructions, beginning handbells, movement/dance, drama, and field trips
to art exhibits, concerts, and rehearsals.
Sponsored by the Music
Ministry of First Baptist Church of Austin, the cost is $125 for the week.
Instruction each day will be from 9am-4pm.
