Clothing Exchange And Donation Drive
benefiting foster families
Saturday, September 12, 9:00am - Noon

Donate your kids' out grown and lightly used clothing to the Back to School clothing exchange. Everyone is welcome to participate in the exchange, but foster families will be the recepients without having to bring items to swap.

Volunteers are also needed to help on the day of the clothing exchange. If you are interested of need more details contact Belynda Montgomery.

Oak Springs/Overton Schools need supplies

While you're out shopping, don't forget to pick up some school supplies listed below for our friends at Oak Springs and Overton schools.
* School supply boxes (also called pencil boxes)
* Boxes of Kleenex
* Packs of construction paper
* Boxes of Ziplock bags (quart and gallon sizes)
* Wide rule spiral notebooks (red, blue, green, yellow, purple, orange)
* Folders with pockets and brads (red, blue, green, yellow, purple, orange)
* 2 inch binders
* Sets of dividers

Food for the Baptist Community Center

The current economic difficulties have created a higher than usual strain on food pantries. We support the Baptist Community Center with food drives twice a year, but this ministry is in need of donations to continue serving the hungry. Please donate food and money through the church office at 901 Trinity.
