Don't
miss this unique fun family concert "Traditional Folk Songs" Sunday, July 28 at
2pm at First Baptist. The concert, perfect for children and adults, will raise
funds to support travel costs and other needs for German folk song musician
Annette Schneider, who will bring beautiful German children's songs to Austin
from Germany this fall.
Musicians from the young and amateur, as well as some wonderful professional musicians from the Austin area, will perform and sing. The audience is invited to sing along to American and international traditional children/folk songs. Classical Music for the World is honored to present a special guest pianist, Dr. Michael Schneider, the founder and artistic director of the San Angelo Piano Festival (SAPF) and a founding member of the Austin Piano Festival. Donations are appreciated!
