El Paso Mission Trip - December 2010
A small group from Austin and Driftwood went to El Paso December 9 – 13th, 2010. Our mission was to take supplies for Christmas bags for children in impoverished communities in El Paso and Juarez. We completed 2,000 bags in El Paso and another 3,000 in Juarez. Additional bags were distributed at a trailer park community in El Paso that weekend. The next trip will be April 16, 2011 with a mission to have a Bible study and tea for the women of both Lakeside Baptist Church in El Paso and Juarez.
