Love Your Library Month

FEBRUARY IS LOVE YOUR CHURCH LIBRARY MONTH

The First Baptist Church library is being transformed into a library where you will be able to find materials, check them out and come in to study and research.

How can you Love Your Church Library in February? Here are some suggestions:

1.Use My Library Bookstore to order your books, DVDs and music. You can order from the First Baptist Church website by going to Resources to locate My Library Bookstore and then search for your products.

You may place your orders online and pay for them with your credit card. The proceeds from your purchases will go toward paying for the data conversion and new materials for our church library.

2.Donate any hardbound books YOU currently have that were published from 2008 to 2011. Many of you are avid readers. We have limited funds to purchase new titles and donations of almost new books are appreciated!

3.Make a donation in memory or in honor of a trusted friend or loved one. We will purchase books to enhance our current collection and a lovely plate will be placed in the book in honor of your loved one.

4.Volunteer! We are in the process of placing barcodes and spine labels on every book. We need assistance and we will train you on what to do!

Come by and visit our church library and see the wonderful things that are going on! We will be open for automated check out soon!
